How does the trial work?
Our 14-day free trial gives you access to all features included in our Premium plan. Before signing up, please ensure you are using one of our supported platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Oracle or OpenCart).Free Trial
Can I change my pricing package?
Yes. All our packages work on a month-to-month basis, which means you’re not bound to any strict contract and therefore, able to change your package after every 30-day period. You can seamlessly upgrade to another package at any time. However, if you would like to downgrade to another package, you would need to meet the requirements for that package.
To change your plan, please log in to your ShoppingFeeder account, click on My Account in the left menu, followed by Billing & Packages.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept both credit card and Shopify billing payment options. All our packages are charged pro-rata.
To add your credit card details, please log in to your ShoppingFeeder account, click on My Account in the left menu, followed by Billing & Packages., and finally click Add Credit Card.
My Google Merchant Center is suspended, what do I do?
